Web 2.0 The Machine is Us/ing Us
Eric Esteves, Director of the TechBoston Consulting Group, shared this video with us a number of weeks ago. Developed by Michael Wesch, Assistant Professor of Cultural Anthropology at Kansas State University. He's currently working on an ethnography of You Tube.
What's amazing about this video is the not the speed at which an individual can manipulate the web, although impressive, but rather the power that we have to use the web to construct our own meaning of the world -- and publish it back out to the world.
